Mary Ciricillo Maffly
Director of Development and Alumni Relations

Mary Ciricillo Maffly brings more than 16 years of professional experience to her new role as the director of development and alumni relations. As an account executive in the communications industry, she worked with high-level companies, including The Gap, Oracle, the San Francisco Ballet and the Tech Museum of Innovation, to build and maintain relationships and develop branding and marketing solutions.

Maffly has spent the last six years in diverse roles at UC Davis, successfully creating and growing programs that help further university goals. These include the “goClub,” the university’s sustainable transportation program. Maffly implemented strategies, including solicitation of sponsors and building new relationships among campus units and local businesses, increasing awareness among targeted constituents. She worked closely with volunteers creating and managing a medical volunteer team for the 2007 West Coast AAU Junior Olympic Games. In the last two years, as a member of the Development and External Relations team at the Graduate School of Management, Maffly has played an integral role in strategically planning programs that engage alumni, donors, business partners and students.

“It’s very exciting and motivating to be a part of one of the fastest-rising business schools in the country,” she says. “I look forward to meeting our alumni and fostering relationships with the School, as well as making key connections within the business community.”
