Holly’s research addresses international financial reporting issues and corporate governance including the role of internal control and auditing in the development of high quality financial information. She serves as a consultant on these topics.
As a former CPA and CMA, Holly has taught various accounting courses at the undergraduate, masters, and Ph.D. levels and currently teaches financial accounting to MBA students. She is the recipient of numerous teaching awards.
