Dr. Friedman assists organizations across numerous industries with their efforts to craft appropriate professional development programs (particularly related to leadership) that increase retention of valued employees. He also helps individuals pursue professional development activities that enable them to achieve career and life goals.
He has drawn on his doctoral education in leadership and organization, related ongoing research, insight into adult learning, and extensive teaching experience to cultivate talents in assessing learning needs and crafting customized content that helps individuals integrate theory into practice.
This same mission also has inspired his experience in higher education. Currently, Dr. Friedman serves as Associate Dean, Career Development and Student Affairs at Presidio Graduate School. He brings to the role skills in advising and coaching to students enrolled in a variety of academic degree programs. He has also received outstanding evaluations as an instructor in traditional classrooms and online environments and has earned the reputation as an engaged, enthusiastic, and rigorously learner centered educator.
