Neil Librock
Lecturer, 2013

Neil Librock served in the financial services industry for 30 years.  Most recently he was the Wells Fargo Executive VP / Senior Credit Officer responsible for a $400 billion consumer loan portfolio.  He directed the acquisition and integration of the Wachovia Bank residential mortgage portfolio.  He supported Wells Fargo relationships with bank regulators, stock analysts, auditors, and rating agencies.  He served on the Wells Fargo Sarbanes – Oxley Disclosure, Fair Lending, and Allowance Adequacy Committees.

Neil is currently a Director at the Berkeley Research Group, providing expert services and consulting to major law firms, Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies and regulatory bodies worldwide. He is a faculty member at Cal State University East Bay teaching finance and real estate courses.
