Nishith is a Partner in IBM and works in IBM’s Silicon Valley office in IBM’s Business and IT consulting practice.

He has several years of experience leading large organization change programs for implementation of business strategy, business processes and new IT systems. 

Prior to IBM he has worked as a Partner in Accenture as a Change Management leader and as a Senior VP at a large IT outsourcing company.
