Currently President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of River City Bank since September 2008 Stephen has almost 30 years of banking experience. Prior to joining River City, he was the founder and served as the President, CEO, and a director of Presidio Bank in San Francisco which grew at the fastest rate of any of the 24 California banks started in 2006. In each of the above CEO roles, he was responsible for the overall leadership of the Bank, as well as policy setting and long term strategic planning with the guidance of the other members of the board of directors For most of the period from 1980-01, he was employed by Bank of America, in a variety of progressively more senior positions. Stephen received a B.A. in Economics from UC Davis in 1980, and completed his M.B.A. in 1984 from the University of California at Berkeley.
