As Senior Scholar in Management, Harold Schmitz will teach an MBA elective course that will focus on business innovation in the food/agricultural sectors.
A 20-year veteran at Mars, Schmitz has been Chief Science Officer since 2005. His responsibilities include strategy development, program alignment and quality control of the company’s multidisciplinary scientific research programs. He has previously held various positions within Mars in Scientific and Regulatory Affairs, Fundamental Research, Analytical and Applied Sciences and Corporate functions.
In 2004, Monique Fritz launched her career as a talented marketing and sales professional, and joined Lockheed Martin in 2007. Monique has become a well-rounded F&BO professional, and a graduate of the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). She excels at project management, proposal negotiations, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Franziska Frey, a German native, has spent half of her life living in the United States. She is a part-time MBA student at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management while working full-time as a financial analyst for one of California’s largest non-profit housing developers, BRIDGE Housing Corp.
