Women in Leadership club invites you to the Board Training Workshop on Friday, November 20, 2015.
The workshop will be conducted by Donna Hamlin, Executive Director for Watermark Institute Board Access™ Program. It is a full day workshop focused on board governance and the roles and responsibilities of a board member. The workshop will offer the students an opportunity to study best practices, examine trends in nonprofit governance and learn how to become an effective board member.
Join Assistant Director Daria Costello as she will provide information about how the UC Davis Graduate School of Management is preparing students to be accounting professionals in our new Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) program. We will share details on the nine-month curriculum, faculty, career services, ROI and the admissions process.

Hollis Skaife’s research addresses international financial reporting issues and corporate governance, including the role of internal control and auditing in the development of high quality financial information. She serves as a consultant on these topics.
As a former CPA and CMA, Skaife has taught various accounting courses at the undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. levels and currently teaches financial accounting to MBA students. She has received numerous teaching awards.
