Based in Palo Alto, Calif., he manages a team of banking professionals who serve the financial needs of businesses in the technology, life sciences, and medtech industries, as well as the venture community nationwide.

Dr. Stopper is the Director of Faculty and Learning Experience in Executive Education at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management. Angela was brought into this role to enhance the skillsets in Executive Education by providing advanced knowledge and experience in all phases of instructional design, adult learning, development of teaching materials and designing learning activities. To do so, Angela works with clients to develop program learning outcomes and recruits appropriate faculty, industry experts, and other facilitators to deliver program content.
