Craig Powell joined RF Biocidics from Superior Farms, where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings more than 20 years of successful management and operations experience in the food industry. He previously served as General Manager for Pacific Coast Producers, Director of Operations for The Produce Exchange, and Director of Operations for Musco Olive Products. Powell started his career in the food industry at Nestle and ConAgra Foods. He earned his B.S.
Brenda Rinard teaches professional writing in the UC Davis University Writing Program (UWP). In her current role as the assistant director of the UWP’s Writing across the Curriculum Program, Brenda leads graduate-level workshops on all aspects of writing a thesis or dissertation, grant and proposal writing, document design, and writing journal articles for publication.
Chris’ most recent job experience was in the US Army, where he worked in broadcasting and public relations. As a GSM Student Ambassador, Chris enjoys meeting new students and connecting future classmates with the GSM experience. He hopes to use his background in planning and promotions to help set up fellow students for success, as well as just putting together fun events for everyone!
Brian entered the MBA program at the GSM after completing his Ph.D. studying a type of brain cancer. At the GSM, his academic interests include Technology Management and Business Analytics. Brian grew up in the Bay Area playing primarily baseball and soccer and is very active in intramural sports at UC Davis. He believes that athletics can serve as part of a healthy work/life balance as well as promote healthy living and friendly competition. Brian is also a member of the GSM’s C4C chapter!
