The primary goal of the Lam Research Leadership Skills Program is to deepen and strengthen each student’s professional skill set. Workshops are designed to complement the rigorous UC Davis MBA coursework, and to better prepare our students to be effective in the workplace and the world.
One of the greatest things about UC Davis are the student clubs. They provide opportunities to learn, to serve the community, and to build leaders. The Associated Students of Management is proud to support the clubs of the Graduate School of Management, both financially and through providing tools for success.
The Leadership Practices Inventory is originally administered in the first year core curriculum as part of the Individual and Group Dynamics class and is repeated in the second year so students can measure their leadership growth over two years at the Graduate School of Management.
