If you are having difficulty with your coursework, your first step is to talk with your instructor.  He or she can recommend additional resources, provide guidance on what additional work you can do, and possibly identify a tutor to help you master the course material.

If you need additional help, please contact your program manager or Director of Academic and Student Services, Kathy Gleed.  They can help you with finding a tutor and provide additional resources for your courses.
