Congratulations again on your admission to the UC Davis MPAc program; we are so pleased that you will be joining the Class of 2015. These pages include some of the most commonly used resources for our MPAc students. Please return here often, as information will be updated throughout the year.

Get Set

The MPAc Spring Social is a culminating event in May where we celebrate the accomplishments of students who are about to graduate. It’s a great opportunity for incoming students to meet faculty, staff, alumni and current students. It is also the first chance for new students to meet recruiters and potential employers that you will be interacting with in the fall.

In July you will details via email regarding the Summer Webinar Series that Career Development has created to prepare you for fall recruiting events and your job search. You will create a professional resume and cover letter template, learn networking skills and interview guidelines, and more.

Orientation is held in August to give incoming students access to Career Development programming and services well in advance of the fall recruiting cycle and the start of classes. GSM Orientation will begin August 21 for international students with a mandatory immigration check-in. All other students will begin orientation on August 25. More specific information will be available soon.

Orientation includes practical information about the Graduate School of Management and your graduate studies, but is primarily focused on preparation for your career search.

Our annual Meet the Firms career fair and lunch will be held on Wednesday, September 24.
