LPI: Leadership Practices Inventory

Daytime MBA Program

During your second year at the Graduate School of Management, MBA students are required to repeat the Leadership Practices Inventory (the LPI). The 360 assessment is originally administered in the first year core curriculum as part of the Individual and Group Dynamics class. The assessment is repeated in the second year so that students can measure their personal and professional leadership growth over your two years at the Graduate School of Management. The results are critical in assessing the success of the Lam Research Leadership Skills Program and making adjustments to the program as indicated.

2011 LPI Timeline:

Fall 2011

  • LPI Announcement. You will soon receive an instructional email from leader_notification@lpionline.com. Please follow the instructions contained therein.
  • Deadline to set-up LPI online. You must designate (name and email) ten observers who can assess your leadership skills.
  • Deadline to complete your LPI self assessment as well as observer assessment deadline.

If you experience any issues with your survey and need assistance, please contact Wiley Technical Support through the support site. You can also call 800-762-2974.

Please note: Participation in the LPI is mandatory. If you have not completed set up by December 15th, 2010 a hold will be placed on your records. This means you will not have access to grades or registration procedures.
