Graduate School of Management Business Partners may reserve our facilities at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon for meetings or special events.

Availability of Facility

The Graduate School of Management’s Bishop Ranch facility is available to current Business Partners on Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. as follows:

  • Senior Partner ($2,500–$4,999) – four times per year
  • Managing Partner ($5,000–$9,999) – eight times per year
  • Director ($10,000 and above) – 12 times per year

Usage of our Bishop Ranch teaching suite is an exclusive benefit for our Business Partners and is not transferrable to other organizations.

Reservations

Reservations may be made up to three months before your event.

Please contact Caroll Sandifor before completing the Usage Agreement Form, or for more information.

Please provide your own staff support for such tasks as running the audio/visual equipment. Overhead projectors, standard laptop connections, white boards and white board markers can be provided. Your company is responsible for arranging any catering needs, however, we ask that caterers remove any nondisposable items immediately following an event. Additional tables and/or chairs other than those available in the classrooms and conference room cannot be provided.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation. We encourage you to reserve this spacious and professional setting and hope that these guidelines will make arrangements easy for you, while keeping the facility orderly, clean and available to our students.

The Graduate School of Management prefers that you use the services of Checkers Catering, (925) 968-1121, as they are familiar with our facility and are a “green” business.
