Please provide your own staff support for such tasks as running the audio/visual equipment or handling of catering/food needs. More information regarding catering is located below.  If this is your first time using this facility, please arrange ahead of time for a tour of the facility and a demonstration of the A/V equipment you intend to use in your reserved space.  Your company is responsible for making your own catering arrangements. We ask that caterers remove any non-disposable items immediately following an event. Additional tables and/or chairs cannot be provided—those located in the rooms are not moveable.  We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Pre-arranged visitor parking in the lots closest to the Education Building and directional signage is provided with your reservation, at the daily rate per space. We will bill you directly after your event for any parking-related fees. Note: if your event is held at the Marriott, parking is complimentary.
