Program Overview

Innovation is the currency of today’s economy, fueled by big ideas partnered with crisp execution. Many leaders struggle to balance the practical side of running a business with the ability to look up and out at what’s possible. A fear of failure can keep executives and their organizations from leaping into a future of innovation.
In this three-day program, we expose organizational leaders to the Leap Strategy, a systematic approach to driving innovation in your organization while reducing uncertainty.
This proven method was developed by Andrew Hargadon, Professor of Innovation, and was specifically created for organizational leaders confronted with a dynamic marketplace where change is the rule for survival and innovation is the rule for success.
