I enrolled the Sacramento MBA program with a specific goal: To learn how we can best deliver quality health care to all segments of society. I have discovered that theories and research from seemingly disparate business fields can be applied to the issues I encounter daily at my clinic. I recently used lessons and insight from my Operations, Group Dynamics and Customer Relationship Management courses to successfully analyze and increase patient access.
