Emma O'Rourke-Powell teaches Negotiations in Organizations as well as Articulation and Critical Thinking. A proud alumna of the full-time MBA program, Emma is delighted to stay involved with the GSM community through teaching in the evening. She works for Johns Hopkins University, as the Associate Director for Hire Hopkins. Emma proudly serves as a Utilities Commissioner for the City of Davis. You can often find her biking through Davis, emphatically gesturing at automobiles.
