The skills and knowledge I gained at UC Davis enabled me to scale BioWare Sacramento from two to a team of 70 in just 24 months. Along the way, I tapped into organizational behavior and commitment theory for recruitment and team building; finance and accounting to shape a sustainable business; and courses that fueled my entrepreneurial drive. Today I’m running on the thrill of doing exactly what I want to do.

• Rags to riches: founded KlickNation Corp. and grew it into a multi-million-dollar online social gaming company—that was acquired by Electronic Arts for a reported $35 million in 2011
• Today, leads the Sacramento and Redwood Shores BioWare studios, all focused on core games on social

• Paying back: established the Otero Faculty Resource Center; gift also supports faculty research in marketing and entrepreneurship
