Rojmary Fernandez is a third-year student of the UC Davis Bay Area MBA program with a concentration in Technology Management. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, majoring in Business Administration. Fernandez has been working at AT&T for 11 years. She is an IT Project Manager in AT&T’s IT Learning Team, a team responsible for rolling out trainings for the company’s IT strategic initiatives.

She has received several awards for organizing and leading corporate events that promote social awareness, teamwork and camaraderie among her fellow employees. She was recently honored by AT&T’s Innovation Program for an innovative idea that placed fourth in the Information Systems category and was selected by senior management to be pitched to the IT Innovation Board for a possible implementation. She is also an AT&T Service Ambassador. She decided to go on the international study trip to learn more about Germany’s business environment and its conduciveness to a future business venture. Outside of work, she loves the musical theatre and the performing arts. She also enjoys playing basketball, hiking, biking, bowling and tennis. She lives in San Ramon, California.
