Xuan Sen is a second-year UC Davis Bay Area MBA student who recently joined Microsoft in Mountain View as a project manager in their Test Execution Team for XBOX One memory qualification. Before Microsoft, she worked for four years as a mechanical engineer on the touch screen development team at Tyco Electronics – Elotouch Solutions Division. She earned her B.S. degree in Engineering Management at the University of the Pacific in 2008.

She came to California as a refugee from Vietnam in 1992 and has lived in San Jose since then. Among her hobbies, she enjoys singing, eating delicious food, painting, and shopping. She loves to travel around the world for sightseeing and to explore and appreciate cultures, art, and cuisines. Xuan has long admired Europe’s vision as well as leadership in sustainability, low-carbon emission and supply chain management. The course and trip are giving her insight into leadership perspectives and knowledge from true practitioners who have brought success and triumph to Germany.
