Features of the Registration and Payment System (RaPS) include:
Courses with real time enrollments and updates
Future quarter course offerings as soon as they are released
Ability to manage future term course scheduling as terms are released.(Enrollment is not guaranteed until registration formally begins each quarter.)
Courses offered by quarter on all three campuses in one screen, with options to filter by campus and term
Search features include sort by program, term offered, concentration, or instructor
Course Advisor tab allows you to see courses and grades for completed course work
To log into RaPS, click on the log-in button at the upper-right hand corner of the screen and enter your username and Kerberos passphrase.
In RaPS you can navigate to the following tabs:
Manage Schedule: Allows you to build your schedule by selecting courses for future quarters.
Schedule Details: Lists course details including the course name, instructor, CRN, location and session dates.
Course Advisor: Allows you to see course information and grades for completed coursework.
Finals Schedule: Lists finals schedule details including date, time and room number for courses you have selected.

Pay for courses (Sacramento, Bay, and MPAc): Payment options and course enrollment is triggered from this function.
Registered (Full-time Day): Course enrollment is triggered from this function.
View Lecture Videos: If a video is available, select by term and course.
Grade and Reg. Letters: Registration information (including payment for self supporting program students) available on GSM letterhead. Grades are reflected at the end of the quarter when released by the campus. Students may use this information to provide official proof of registration, use for employer reimbursements, etc.
Student Directory: Information is ONLY available within the GSM (to those with Kerberos authentication) and is not public.
