Paying by Check or Money Order

In the Course Schedule application, log in (UCD LoginID and Kerberos passphrase) and build your schedule.  From there, select Pay for Courses, and follow the prompts.  At the Course Fee Payment screen, enter the total number of units that you plan to take for the quarter. Print and return the Registration Request Form with your payment to the University Cashier.You can only submit check/money order payment via mail or in-person at the UC Davis Cashier’s Office on the main campus.  Because this is a manual transaction, it requires a minimum of three business days to process once it is received at the Cashier’s Office.  Once the manual credit adjustment has been made, the GSM Registrar will notify you to proceed with the registration process.

Mail (check or money order) payment with legible registration form including phone number to:
UC Davis, P.O. Box 989062, West Sacramento, CA 95798-9062.

It is your responsibility to mail or deliver the form in time to meet the payment deadline. The $250 Registration Penalty Fee cannot be waived because of mail delays.
