Paying by Check or Money Order

  1. Manage Schedule
In RaPS, log in (UCD LoginID and Kerberos passphrase) and build your schedule in Manage Schedule.  Proceed to Pay for Courses.
  2. Pay for Courses
Select Pay for Courses, and follow the prompts. Print and return the Registration Request Form with your payment to the University Cashier. You can only submit check/money order payment via mail or in-person at the UC Davis Cashier’s Office on the main campus. Because this is a manual transaction, it requires a minimum of three business days to process once it is received at the Cashier’s Office.
  3. Mail (check or money order) payment with legible registration form including phone number to:
UC Davis, P.O. Box 989062, West Sacramento, CA 95798-9062
Or pay in person – Dutton Hall, UCD campus.
  4. Once the manual credit adjustment has been made to your GSM student account, your program manager will notify you by email  to proceed with registration in RaPS.
  5. Return to Pay for Courses
Follow the prompts.  The payment screen will reflect the amount paid.  If there is a balance due, you must pay in order to proceed.  If no balance is due, select submit.   This is point where RaPS triggers your enrollment in courses.  If you do not complete the process here, you are NOT enrolled.

It is your responsibility to mail or deliver the form in time to meet the payment deadline. The $250 Registration Penalty Fee cannot be waived because of mail delays.
