We handle all your course materials requests including classroom needs, special instructional requests to ensure your course runs smoothly during the quarter.

Class Email Lists

Class email lists are created in Smartsite. Only those enrolled in and added to the class email list may send emails to the list via the Smartsite course page. Only ucdavis.edu email addresses are recognized in the system.

Class Composite

Class composites are pictures of students enrolled in your class. You may also access this online. Faculty must login via their UC Davis login and Kerberos password.
Please note: Visiting faculty do not have access to this system; please contact our office to obtain a copy.

Smartsite

Course management system for all courses are created in Smartsite by Project & Instructional Resources. All instructors will need to have a UC Davis computing account in order to access SmartSite.

Syllabi

Syllabi are due two months prior to the quarter in which you are teaching. Email syllabi to instructional@gsm.ucdavis.edu. All syllabi will be loaded to Smartsite and the course schedule in RaPs.

Textbooks

Textbook orders must be submitted three months prior to the beginning of class.

Examination/desk copies and supplementary teaching materials may be ordered via our office. If the examination copy is for an upcoming class, please submit the request as early as possible.

Textpaks

Textpaks are a compilation of copyright materials such as academic journal articles, case studies, popular magazine articles, newspaper articles and chapters from a book. All textpaks if required are accessible online from Study.net.

(Davis, CA) — The UC Davis Part-Time MBA program offered in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area is ranked among the top 9% in the U.S., according to U.S. News & World Report’s latest graduate business school rankings.

At No. 29, this is the fourth consecutive year the UC Davis Part-Time MBA program is among the top AACSB International-accredited part-time MBA programs surveyed. This year, there were 323 part-time MBA programs surveyed.

(Davis, CA) — The UC Davis Graduate School of Management’s Full-Time MBA program is ranked among the premier business schools in the nation for the 20th consecutive year, according to U.S. News & World Report’s latest graduate business school rankings released today.

U.S. News’ latest ranking places the Full-Time MBA program at No. 48, placing it among the top 10% of the 464 Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International’s accredited full-time MBA programs surveyed.
