The Graduate School of Management is accepting applications for a Reader appointment during the Spring Quarter of 2017. This appointment is for Professor Kim Elsbach and Professor Greta Hsu, 201A The Individual and Group Dynamics.
Course Description (MGP/T/B 201A )
Examines basic psychological and social psychological processes shaping human behavior and applies knowledge of these processes to the problem of working with and managing others in organizations. Topics include: motivation, job design, commitment, socialization, culture, individual and group decision making and team building.
Reader duties and responsibilities include:
- Set up and weekly maintenance of Smartsite.
- Assist with grading (Includes homework assignments, a midterm exam and possible final.)
- May be required to attend some lectures.
- Answer emails and respond to students.
MGP/T/B 201A: Appointment will be a 25% variable (i.e. 10 hours per week)
Data Input and printing for Leadership Challenge, development of exam questions/answers.
