Registration Groups
Part-time MBA Registration Group Information

When registration for the quarter begins, the GSM designates registration groups to allow students with higher unit totals (and closer to completing their degree) to be opened for registration first.  Additional registration groups will follow in descending order of unit totals.

Group Definitions

1    Students who have completed 48 units or more are opened for registration first
2    Students who have completed 47 units or less are opened for registration 1 week later

Note: Currently enrolled units are not counted as “completed” units.

If a student in Group 1 fails to pay and register before Group 2 starts registration, they do not receive any “priority” status. All enrollments are based on the date stamp of registration and payment in the system.

As always, students are encouraged to pay and register on the first day that their registration group is open for any course they are most interested in.
