I enrolled the Working Professional MBA program with a specific goal: To learn how we can best deliver quality health care to all segments of society. I have discovered that theories and research from seemingly disparate business fields can be applied to the issues I encounter daily at my clinic. I recently used lessons and insight from my Operations, Group Dynamics and Customer Relationship Management courses to successfully analyze and increase patient access.

I have a clearer picture of strategic decisions being made by senior management, and I’m sharpening my analytical skills and applying techniques to better understand our customers’ needs and expectations.

The skills and knowledge I gained at UC Davis enabled me to scale KlickNation from two to a team of 70 in just 24 months. Along the way, I tapped into organizational behavior and commitment theory for recruitment and team building; finance and accounting to shape a sustainable business; and courses that fueled my entrepreneurial drive.
