Leigh Ann Hartman
Senior Director of Development

Leigh Ann Hartman joined the Graduate School of Management in June 2012 after serving as the director of development at the Kansas University (KU) Endowment Association. She spent nearly seven years building support for KU’s School of Engineering, raising more than $6 million during her tenure. She also served as a regional development officer and helped launch a $1 billion campaign for KU.Additionally, advised the Departments of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering and Mechanical Engineering on their fundraising strategy.She was a member of the Engineering Development Forum Executive Committee from 2008- 2011, and is a former steering committee member for the Women Philanthropists for KU. Previously, Hartman was the coordinator of alumni relations and public relations at Missouri Valley College. 

A native Californian from Redding, Hartman earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Missouri Valley College, and an MBA from the University of Central Missouri.
