Introduction to the UC Davis MBA Leadership Fellows Program (LFP)
What Students Should Expect
The LFP has been designed to strengthen student experience and performance in both the MBA program and in their careers long after graduation. In partnership with Korn Ferry, the preeminent authority on leadership and talent development, we have built a program that engages students in identifying leadership competency gaps and development activities to close those gaps.
The LFP experience includes a 360° assessment activity. Using the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Voices® 360, students are assessed against the UC Davis MBA Leadership Competency Model. The data gathered provides a foundation of understanding of leadership capability and future development needs.
This introduction to the program will be presented by Dr. Angela Stopper, Director of Innovation & Executive Education.
