Zen Out with Prof. Tsai

Breathe out the stress of 2020 as Prof. Chih-Ling Tsai guides us through the calming art of Chi Kung. This ancient Chinese exercise coordinates breathing and movement.

As we conclude a stressful year and enter the holiday season, let’s prioritize self-care and focus on our health and mindset. Prof. Tsai will teach a short (20-30 minute) Chi Kung session followed by conversation within the group.
