2019 Big Bang! Business Competition Semifinalists
From a field of 105, it's down to the top 13

Congratulations to the 13 semifinalist teams in this year’s Big Bang! Business Competition. The teams will pitch before a panel of judges on May 17; the five finalist teams will present their ventures at the awards ceremony on May 23.

105 teams—representing more than 300 aspiring entrepreneurs—entered this year’s competition, the greatest number in the Big Bang’s 19-year history. The Big Bang! is open to the public and drew teams from across the UC Davis campus, the Sacramento region, California, the U.S. and and world.

All semifinalists are eligible to win the competition’s sponsored prizes. The five finalist teams are also eligible for the First Place and People’s Choice Award. The 2018/19 Big Bang! Business Competition will award more than $100,000 in prize money.
