U.S. NEWS RANKING METHODOLOGIES
U.S. News’ full-time MBA ranking is based on several key metrics: student selectivity (average undergraduate grade point average, average GMAT and GRE scores, and acceptance rate for the fall 2018 class); quality assessment surveys from recruiters and peers (business school deans and MBA program directors); and job placement success for graduates based on average starting salary and bonus, and employment rates at graduation and three months later.
U.S. News’ part-time MBA ranking is based on five factors: peer assessment by business school deans and MBA program directors; average undergraduate GPA of fall 2018 entering part-time MBA students; average GMAT and average GRE quantitative and verbal scores; number of years of work experience; and the percentage of the business school’s fall 2018 MBA enrollment that is part time.
