Bay Area MBA Student Scholarships and Fellowships
2018

Graduate School of Management friends and alumni have established several awards for our MBAs who excel inside the classroom and show great leadership and management potential.

Application Process:

  1. Merit is an important component and we will certainly consider your academic performance in the program. To make sure we have the most complete information, please submit a current resume and a 1-2 page essay detailing your contributions to the GSM community outside the classroom since joining the UC Davis MBA program. Your name should appear on each essay page.

  2. Some awards have additional criteria that you should address in your essay if you would like to be considered for that award. For scholarships with additional criteria, include an extra paragraph in your essay with specific information on how you meet the criteria. If no additional criteria are listed, use essay guidelines in #1.

  3. If you would like to be considered for any of these awards, please email your essay and current resume to leadership@gsm.ucdavis.edu by Wednesday, January 17 at noon. Reference the name of the award you are applying for in the email subject line, e.g. “Suran Student Fellowship Award” and  ensure your name is included on every page you submit. Applications submitted without this subject line may be overlooked and may not be considered. Late applications will also not be considered.

We look forward to receiving your nomination. If you have questions, please contact Inger Maher at (530) 754-7529 or email leadership@gsm.ucdavis.edu

We will announce the recipients in winter quarter, and the awards will post to the recipients’ accounts.
