Byron Roberts

Byron Roberts was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Pharmacology at UC Davis, where he developed computational models of heart tissue to study the effects of ischemia on anti-arrhythmic drug function.

Prior to that, Roberts completed his PhD at Cornell University as part of the tri-institutional program in computational biology & medicine (2011), preceded by an undergraduate degree from UC Davis in genetics (2003) and two years as a postgraduate researcher at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, where he studyed molecular genetics and therapies for brain cancers.
