Doris Ng

Doris Ng received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law. During her legal career, she has primarily practiced plaintiff-side employment law and poverty law.  Doris was the 1993-94 Ruth Chance Law Fellow at Equal Rights Advocates, worked as a Staff Attorney there, and subsequently served on its Litigation Committee and Board of Directors.  She has also worked at the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic and Bay Area Legal Aid, representing low-income individuals and families.  Doris currently works at the California Labor Commissioner’s Office as Staff Counsel in the Retaliation Unit.  From time to time, Doris teaches the Civil Field Placement Ethics Seminar at the U.C. Berkeley Law School, most recently during Spring 2016.
