About Aimeé Lapic
Aimeé Lapic most recently was the Senior Vice President/General Manager of BananaRepublic.com as well as the Chief Marketing Officer for Banana Republic. In her role, Aimée held global P&L accountability for the ecommerce businesses as well as responsibility for the creative and marketing teams across the $2.8B business.
Aimée has been focused on customer experience over the last 20+ years online as well as in brick and mortar environments. She has held numerous positions across Gap, Inc. over the past twelve years including serving as the GM for the $500MM International Outlet business for several years, overseeing all functions to drive international growth while simultaneously leading the Global Gap and Banana Republic Factory Store marketing, visual and store design teams.
Aimée currently serves as a Marketing Advisory Board member of IDG Ventures USA. IDG Ventures USA is a venture capital firm focused on early-stage consumer internet and enterprise IT investments.
Previously, Aimée launched marketing organizations and new revenue streams for two startups– iOwn.com (now Citibank Mortgage) and Headlight.com (backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson). She was also the SVP of Co-Brand Retail Credit Card Marketing for Providian Financial and was an Associate at McKinsey & Company.
Aimée earned her B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
