Tamara Fraizer assists clients to assess intellectual property (IP) related issues, leverage and enforce IP rights and defend against IP claims. Her practice includes IP counseling and dispute resolution, including patent litigation. She has prosecuted patents before the USPTO, and has litigated cases before various federal and state courts, as well as the U.S. International Trade Commission.
Fraizer’s experience spans a variety of industries including life sciences, medical device, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare related consumer products and software. She is also versed in the areas of digital health, personalized medicine and bioinformatics.
