John earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a top school in the field. He also earned certificates in Leadership, Manager and Supervisor Training, and Train-the-Trainer. John teaches Management at UC Davis Graduate School of Management and Management and Organizational Behavior at University of Phoenix.
Steve Lewis has spent three decades helping build successful operations- and technology-intensive companies. He sits on Procter & Gamble’s External Board for Supply Innovation and has been a board member of several public and private technologies companies, including Axcient, Borland and PC Helps.
Mehul Rangwala has nearly 20 years of experience in information technology and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Currently, an Information Technology Manager at the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, Mehul researches, plans, and provides insights to the executive management on IT strategy and the latest technology trends, while providing leadership in areas of IT investments, cost/benefit analysis, asset management, IT operations, and support.
Ceren Kolsarici specializes in advertising, diffusion of new products, and pharmaceutical marketing. Her current research encompasses several critical areas including design and evaluation of integrated marketing communications campaigns, media selection and scheduling, marketing budgeting, and development of advertising creative strategies. In her research, she develops new models and methods to improve managerial decisions and marketing applications in practice, by helping managers better understand how marketing affects performance.
Joanne Bethlahmy has 30 years of management consulting and marketing management experience. She has worked with large and small companies in CPG, Retail and technology on growth strategies, digital innovation and new product development.
Joanne is the Global Vice President Customer Experience for Capgemini’s Applied Innovation Exchanges. In this role, she leads the planning and implementation of the AIEs’ capabilities and design and hosts innovation clients and partners from around the world in the San Francisco AIE.

Paul Wong received his bachelor of science in accounting from DePaul University (Chicago, Ill.) in 2007 and earned his CPA in 2008. He worked for Crowe Horwath (formerly Crowe Chizek) from 2007–2011 as a senior staff auditor in the not-for-profit and higher education group.
Yuying’s research interests focus on marketing analytics and marketing strategy. Her research centers on developing new measurement techniques to quantify firms’ marketing activities. She uses analytics, econometrics and psychometrics to analyze data and to identify important marketing problems. Her current research is the analysis of customer behavior data to understand and forecast customer purchasing activities, and the analysis of firm aggregate sales data to identify long-term marketing effectiveness and to capture the dynamic nature of brand equity.
Ann Huff Stevens is director of the Center for Poverty Research at UC Davis, professor of the Department of Economics, and became interim dean of the Graduate School of Management in October 2014.
Stevens’ current research includes studies of the relationship between job loss and health, the relationship between aggregate unemployment rates and mortality, and the returns to technical and vocational education
Carlo Pugnetti is an experienced international executive who has served in a variety of roles in several countries during his 14-year tenure with Allianz, the German market leader in insurance. At Allianz, he has been involved in leading turnaround cases, founding new companies, business development, strategy and general management.
Before her current role as HR & People Operations Manager at EatWith, Lindsey Spice-Zich enjoyed a decade-long career in nonprofit management with Resources Legacy Fund in Sacramento, CA. In addition to managing an international portfolio of conservation-focused philanthropic programs, she also worked cross-functionally with various business units as a human resources liaison to develop and implement effective solutions to enhance organizational success.
Hollis Skaife’s research addresses international financial reporting issues and corporate governance, including the role of internal control and auditing in the development of high quality financial information. She serves as a consultant on these topics.
As a former CPA and CMA, Skaife has taught various accounting courses at the undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. levels and currently teaches financial accounting to MBA students. She has received numerous teaching awards.
