His career spans senior leadership roles at high-growth startups and global enterprise software companies, where he has led product innovation, organizational transformation and market expansion.

Shinseki has extensive experience building and scaling product organizations, modernizing complex portfolios and guiding businesses through major industry shifts, including cloud adoption and AI-driven innovation. He has led initiatives spanning new market entry, operational transformation and M&A-related initiatives, and continues to advise emerging technology companies on product strategy, market positioning and growth.
