I chose UC Davis because it was the opposite of UC Riverside, where I did my undergraduate studies. I wanted something fresh, and UC Davis provided that with its strong reputation and world-class faculty.

• I taught myself to play the bass guitar and have played a live show with my friends.
• I have both U.S. and Canadian citizenship.
• My favorite band is Blink-182, and I’ve seen them live in concert.
