About the Speaker
Laura Leach, CEO & Executive Career Coach, Meredith Consulting
Meet Laura Leach, a certified career coach and owner of Meredith Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in technology recruitment, Laura has a unique perspective on coaching female tech leaders to transition to a career with purpose and negotiate the salary they deserve.
Laura is known for helping people build self-confidence and create clear, actionable job search strategies that lead to lucrative salaries. She resides in the Bay Area and San Diego with her husband and dogs. When she's not hiking or trying new restaurants, she enjoys pretending she knows how to surf.
Laura is also a member of the Board of Directors for Phase2Careers, a non-profit organization that supports professionals over 40 and advocates for ageism in the workplace, pay equity, and job search strategies.
