Submit a Ticket
Please submit all issues, questions or concerns about your information technology provided by the GSM to the following email. This is the best way to get ahold of support.

What to Include
Please remember the four critical pieces of information when submitting a ticket to GSM IT. To the best of your availability, describe:
- WHO is involved
- WHAT is happening
- WHEN is this occurring
- WHERE is this occurring
View Your Current Tickets
- Go to https://gsmhelpdesk.aws.ucdavis.edu/new-ticket
- Select 'Log in' in the upper right corner
- Select 'OpenID Connect.' This will take you to a Microsoft log in page.
- Enter your UCD Email. This will route to an ADFS sign in.
- Now that you are signed in, please click the profile icon and down carat in the upper right corner, where the 'Log in' button was, and select 'My Tickets.'

New User Request Form
This form is designed to answer all the questions the GSM IT group requires for a successful onboarding of new staff, faculty or assistants.
Our goal is to provide the necessary computer access for each employee in order for them to be productive from day one. GSM IT reserves the right to deny any form submitted if it is found to be incomplete or falsely filled out.
