After four years in healthcare operations at a dental practice, I wanted an MBA that would help me grow into a leadership role in biotech or healthcare. UC Davis stood out for its industry connections, STEM-designated curriculum and focus on AI and data-driven decision-making.

Equally important was its Collaborative Leadership model, which reflects the leader I aspire to be: someone who builds relationships and helps others succeed. The willingness of students and alumni to support me before I even enrolled showed me that UC Davis doesn’t just teach collaborative leadership; it puts it into practice.
