Sophia Armstrong JD/MBA 20
After graduating from the University of Virginia, I moved to San Francisco and developed post-sale customer training programs at two startups in the city. I also spent a year living in Hamburg, Germany. Since enrolling at UC Davis, I have worked in the legal departments of HM.CLAUSE, Udemy, and the California Franchise Tax Board.
- B.A., History & German Studies, University of Virginia
- I travel. I have visited over 30 countries across all six inhabited continents.
- I bake sourdough. A friend gave me some starter during my first year of law school, and now I cannot stop baking bread.
- I hike. I am currently on a quest to visit the ~60 U.S. National Parks. I am more than halfway there! I also enjoy planning urban explorations.
“The wild turkeys of Davis are the town’s best easter egg. You never know where you will see them. They can be found chasing motorcycles, standing on rooftops, terrifying drivers downtown, laying siege to local homes, or herding their young across a hot summer parking lot. Every day is an adventure.”
