With more than two decades of experience spanning public education, real estate and investment-driven organizations, he brings a practical and systems-oriented perspective to financial decision-making in complex institutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA in finance from the University of Maryland, and has consistently translated academic foundations into executive-level responsibility.
Throughout his career, Galloway has served in senior leadership roles overseeing billion-dollar budgets, multi-state regulatory compliance, long-range forecasting, audits and board-level financial reporting. His work focuses on aligning financial strategy with institutional mission, managing risk in highly regulated environments and ensuring accountability to diverse stakeholders. Known for disciplined fiscal stewardship and rigorous quantitative analysis, he approaches finance as a strategic tool that supports sustainability, transparency and long-term value creation.
Looking ahead, Galloway will soon pursue his Juris Doctor, further expanding his expertise at the intersection of finance, law and public policy. His policy-literate and risk-aware approach offers a forward-looking model of executive leadership.
