Please note that this event is for current MPAc students only.

To celebrate International Accounting Day, the Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) program will host a fun, relaxing event that brings students together outside the classroom to enjoy good food, creativity and community. The event recognizes the hard work of accounting students and offers everyone a chance to unwind and connect with peers in a casual, welcoming environment.

The celebration will feature burritos so students can enjoy a delicious meal while socializing with classmates and faculty. The highlight of the event will be a bracelet-making activity where students can design and create their own bracelets. All materials will be provided, and participants will have the freedom to make bracelets that reflect their personalities, interests or even their accounting journeys. This hands-on craft adds a creative twist to the celebration and provides everyone with a meaningful keepsake to remember the day.

The event will take place at Gallagher Hall, with easy access to nearby parking. Students are encouraged to arrive early to grab food, find a spot to create their bracelets and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Whether you come for the burritos, the crafting or just to celebrate your future profession, this event is the perfect way to take a break from studying and appreciate the impact of accounting in the world.
