Panel: Confessions of Former Interns

Confessions of Former Interns is a professional development panel hosted by the Women in Leadership (WiLA) Club at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management. The event is designed to help first-year MBA students prepare for internship recruiting and navigate workplace dynamics through insights from second-year MBAs who successfully completed their summer internships.

Panelists from diverse industries will share candid reflections on internship search strategies, adapting to corporate culture, building confidence and understanding inclusion and gender dynamics in professional settings.
