Applying begins with our secure online application. Once you create an account, you may enter, update, and save your information at any time. Please click "submit" once you are done. Your application must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day of the deadline. We confirm receipt of applications and supplemental materials via email.
To review the progression and milestones of your career, we ask that you upload a current resume through the online application. We prefer chronological resumes no longer than 2 pages, in PDF format. Your résumé should include a list of outside activities, awards and honors.
Personal Statement (250 words)
We’re looking for an honest, thoughtful statement that help us get to know you; there truly is no one “right” answer.

If you are applying to our MBA@UCDavis online MBA program, please see the application requirements and transcript mailing address here.
You may submit unofficial transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate programs you have attended or are currently attending in pursuit of a degree with your application.
Official transcripts are required upon admission into the program. Transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope as issued by the school. If the institution provides official electronic transcripts, they can be emailed directly from the institution to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Official GMAT or GRE test score (waivers available)
Candidates are required to take the GMAT or GRE exam prior to the deadline for which they are applying. UC Davis keeps test score reports on file for two years, and there is no minimum acceptable score.
The GMAT requirement may be waived for U.S. domestic applicants and international applicants who completed their undergraduate degree (all four years) from a U.S. institution, with a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or above. All applicants with a GPA less than 3.2 will be required to submit GMAT or GRE scores.
Official TOEFL or IELTS (international applicants)
Applicants who received their degrees from countries in which the official language is not English must submit official evidence of English language proficiency.
A $125 application fee is required and payable by credit card within the online application. Application fee waivers are available on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact your Admissions representative on the steps to submit your fee waiver request. We will process your request and get back to you within 2 business days with eligibility confirmation and next steps. Please do not submit your application until you receive a response to your request.
Virtual Interview (by invitation only)
After an initial application review, selected candidates will be invited to a virtual Zoom interview. This is a positive indicator of our interest in your application but does not guarantee admission.
