Student Marketing Assistant
Web and Data Support
The nationally ranked Graduate School of Management seeks a talented and detail-oriented student assistant to support our web content and customer relationship management (CRM) operations. This role ensures our data and web content are accurate, up-to-date and effectively supports our Marketing and Communications team.
Data Support
- Import accurate records into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure CRM data is categorized appropriately and free from errors.
- Generate routine reports to highlight any inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
Web Content Support
- Submit web content edits for administrative review, ensuring adherence to guidelines and best practices.
- Assist in implementing approved changes and updates to the website in a timely manner.
- Monitor and resolve GSM websites for broken links, misspellings or outdated information.
- Prepare digital assets for web publishing (i.e., reduce file image sizes, crop photos, transcribe videos, create accessible PDFs, etc.).
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of CRM systems; prior experience with Slate is a plus.
- Familiarity with web content management systems and basic web editing principles; prior experience with Drupal is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Training will be provided, but a basic understanding of digital tools and platforms is beneficial.
Work Schedule
- Schedule fluctuates depending on students’ class schedule and academic responsibilities as top priority. Flexible virtual schedule available.
